There is no doubt that agile software development has certainly made a name for itself. Agile is all-the-buzz in organizations that are trying to find new, leaner ways of delivering projects. But was agile created to make software development lean? Can a traditional project really be done in an agile fashion? John is a certified Scrum Master and a Project Management Professional with over 25 years experience in the IT industry. As a consultant with Kforce, John is currently working as a Project Manager with American Electric Power, managing projects in the Generation space and assisting the organization with defining and rolling out agile.
